  5. Note: Campers must have health insurance. If the do not have a Provincial Health Card and/or are from outside Canada, please complete the alternate Health Coverage section.



  6. If YES, a Medical Waiver Form must be completed before the applicant can attend camp. A Medical Waiver Form can be downloaded "HERE" and completed after the registration process has been completed.



  7. Note: Medications should be brought to camp and given to Camp Directors at time of sign in. All medications should be clearly labelled with the patient’s name, purpose of the medication and dosage instructions.

Our exciting camp activities include daily swimming, hiking, canoeing and other physical activities: Is there any reason (physical or emotional) that would make participating in these activities difficult for your child? and/or is the applicant subject to asthma, bed wetting, convulsions, ear trouble, headaches, menstrual cramps, phobias, nightmares other chronic or recent illnesses?

Note: When possible, we will try to accommodate dietary restrictions based on health, moral and/or religious beliefs, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate individual food likes and dislikes. Reminder: The Junior/Senior and CIT camps are held at a vegetarian facility and offer vegetarian meals only. Murphy's Point Camp is non vegetarian, but offers vegetarian options with advance notice.

Parent or Guardian's Consent: By choosing "YES" it is understood that you hereby give permission for your child and/or ward to attend the above noted camp and to participate in all supervised activities including those that may require transportation to and from the main camp, and authorize those in charge at the camp to secure such medical advice and services for the above named as may be deemed by them as necessary, and agree to accept financial responsibility for any charges incurred (i.e. not paid by provincial medical insurance)



  16. Note: A group photo is normally taken at camp and given to those attending. Also candid photos are sometime used for advertising purposes on our website, in emails and printed brochures.
